Overall greatly enjoyed our stay and can just recommend. Property was brilliant, with efficient staff and amazing location by the first cab. We had a savoury and rich breakfast, it was included.

The location here is nice and absolutely perfect, just a short distance from Ognina, and the classic room I stayed in was well-maintained with a view of the sea.

The rooms are very clean with a terrace and there’s a great restaurant, plus the location is perfect, just a short walk from a war memorial.

The pool at Hotel Nettuno was a refreshing oasis, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We loved that there were lifeguards on duty to ensure our safety. The views from the hotel were stunning, especially the sea view from our superior room. The hotel's location allowed us to explore the local area easily, with charming cafes and eateries nearby. The excursion to Etna and Taormina, booked through the hotel, was a highlight of our trip. we had a lovely holiday at Hotel Nettuno and would recommend it.

The hotel is very close to the city, across the road from the sea, breakfast and the cleaniness of the rooms were good.Reception staff spoke good english and were very helpful

This hotel is not in a tourist area and is more suitable for a city break or a base to tour from.

Lack of air conditioning. It was hot at night, so we had to open the windows, and annoying insects flew in. We each received multiple insect bites over the 2 nights.

Excellent pool facilities and beautiful sea deck area. The pool was big and clean, perfect for swimming, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. The sea deck area provided stunning views and direct access to the water. The bar staff were friendly and the inside bar was well stocked with reasonably priced drinks. Nettuno provided a great experience with its outdoor facilities, making my stay enjoyable.

The hotel staff were extemely,kind,helpful and obliging .Nothing seemed to much to insure we had an enjoyable stay in Catania and as stress free as possible.The reception staff were excellent and for the Staff Award of the month my prize goes to Lativa who could not have possibly done more to facilitate our IT needs,our taxi needs,our request for services and phone numbers in the area etc.she was just brilliant.A big thank you Lativa.Also thanks to the blonde haired girl in reception who was extremely helpful.They gave us a very positive view of Sicilian people

The room and the view were very pleasant. Staff were very helpful. The distance to the conference centre was about 30 mins by foot.

The (free !) WiFi signal was somewhat weak on the 3rd floor.

The rooms are good-sized. The breakfast is excellent and included.- They have cool beverages in the pool bar.- The services are great, including a very clean pool.- It also has fast internet and free parking.
